Warehouses
Warehouse halls are supported on solid constructions of mullion-transom systems enabling, apart from typical loads for this type of structure in a given area, to transfer also loads related to the technological system depending on the industry. Warehouses are \warm\ objects - the walls are made of sandwich panels or \cold\ - walls enclosed with sheet metal. The frame of the structure with full bolting is a strong frame for assembling lightweight buildings with an appropriate insulation layer - polyurethane or mineral wool for warm objects. Rigid door jambs made of cold-formed sections for door construction allow the use of sectional doors.
Characteristic features of warehouse halls:
- single-bay H or double-bay HP, BPH construction frame;
- the possibility of loading the structure with the technological installation necessary for the storage process;
- roof casing - sandwich panel, sheet metal;
- wall cladding - sandwich panel, sheet metal;
- possible natural light - ridge skylight, rooflights, windows;
- communication - sectional gates;
- possibility of mechanical ventilation and heating system;
- possibility of making a social and office part in the technology of light steel skeleton and mineral wool insulation;
- Recommended corrosion protection - hot dip galvanized.
